Insurance information is required before surgery.
Every effort will be made to take care of this in advance. All deductibles and co-pays will be the responsibility of the patient based on their personal insurance plan.
During your pre-admittance meeting, we will discuss payment of deductibles, and co-pays, etc.
If anesthesia services are required, the charges will be compiled on an hourly basis. Charges for anesthesia services as well as your surgeon's professional services will be separate from our facility charge.
